Download the form below, fill it out, and turn it in to the church office with your non-refundable deposit of $35 per individual, $55 per couple, and $75 per family unit by Sunday May 18, 2025. Make checks payable to St. Louis Chinese Gospel Church. Register early! Housing will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
