purpose
of the Teens for Christ youth ministry is to bring students deeper into
a meaningful and lasting relationship with God through Jesus Christ our
Savior.
our vision [what do we want to see happen?]
Our vision is to see students transformed
into genuine followers of Christ whose faith is firmly based upon Scripture.
our mission [how do we want to do it?]
Our purpose and vision are accomplished through five pillars of worship, teaching, discipleship, outreach, and fellowship.
worship > to worship God in every aspect of our lives, reflecting Jesus in all that we do and say
teaching > to encourage spiritual growth by teaching real-life application of Biblical principles
discipleship > to mature in our faith and become genuine followers of Christ
outreach > to share the love of Jesus Christ to our community and the world
fellowship > to promote deeper relationships and unity among the body of Christ
our beliefs [what do we believe?]
We believe in God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. We
believe in salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. We
believe that the Christian Bible is inerrant, is the only Scripture
revealed by the triune God, and is the ultimate authority in faith and
life in written form.
